Isakson Receives Re-Election Endorsement from Georgia Fraternal Order of Police

ATLANTA – U.S. Senator and Senate candidate Johnny Isakson, R-Ga., recently received a re-election endorsement from the Georgia Fraternal Order of Police for demonstrating a record of commitment to the needs of law enforcement in Congress and the Georgia Legislature.

“Johnny Isakson has been a great friend for many years. When we make our yearly trip to Washington D.C., Johnny has an open-door policy and makes a point to meet with us personally. He is always very responsive to our needs and concerns,” said Carlton Stallings, President of the Georgia Fraternal Order of Police.

Isakson also announced the leadership of Law Enforcement for Isakson, which is made up of local, state and federal law enforcement officials working to re-elect Isakson to the U.S. Senate.

“I have had the pleasure of knowing Johnny since 1974 and have seen over the years the positive impact he has on our community both locally and nationally. As a state legislator, congressman and current United States senator, he has always been a friend and ardent supporter of law enforcement,” said Neil Warren of Cobb County.

“I am very grateful for the brave men and women who risk their lives every day to protect our Georgia communities. Law enforcement is absolutely critical, and I am fully committed to seeing that they have the support necessary to protect us from crime and terrorism,” said Isakson. “I am humbled and honored to receive backing from both local and state law enforcement leaders.”
